Project Manager
4 Corner Resources is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join a leading timeshare company. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, timelines, financials, and resource needs for both time-and-material and fixed-price projects.
- Task Coordination & Prioritization: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery, meeting project milestones and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Oversee projects involving offshore teams, managing cross-cultural and time-zone considerations to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among business stakeholders, offshore teams, and project sponsors.
- Expectation & Requirement Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, aligning project goals with business objectives, and ensuring clarity in requirements across all parties.
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to gather, assess, document, and validate business requirements; conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Solution Development: Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Decision Support: Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions based on cost, feasibility, and business impact.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of Project Management experience specifically within the timeshare industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and experience using tools such as ADO, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Experience working with UI/UX teams on wireframing, estimates, and budgeting.
- Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications are advantageous but not required.
- Relocation Requirement: Willingness to relocate to Myrtle Beach, SC, within 6–12 months.
Compensation:
- Starting Salary: $80,000 annually, with potential for growth based on performance and tenure.
